Supplier Intelligence Report (₦95,000): We research up to three relevant supplier candidates for one defined product category, review available company information, compare quotations and MOQs, and deliver a report including their available contact details. You manage subsequent purchases independently.

Managed Sourcing: Favello screens suppliers, coordinates negotiation, samples, order specifications, production follow-up and shipment handover within an agreed scope. Our standard fee is 6% of the factory goods value, with a ₦50,000 minimum fee.

Yes. Each service is available on its own. You may order only a logo, brand identity, packaging artwork or website. Creative fees depend on scope, deliverables, revisions and complexity. Factory printing, physical packaging and product manufacturing are separate costs.

Standard sourcing covers one agreed product scope, supplier research, quotations and negotiations, basic customization discussions, production follow-up and shipping coordination (for managed projects). Additional costs may include samples, couriers, factory printing, materials, moulds, product testing, independent inspection, international freight, customs, taxes and standalone creative design.

Simple logo application using approved artwork does not automatically incur extra Favello design fees. The factory may charge for printing or setup. A new logo designed by Favello is a separate creative service.

Projects requiring a new or unusual product specification rather than an existing catalogue item—for example, custom dimensions, new moulds, specialised materials, technical drawings, repeated prototypes, revised specifications, lab testing or extensive factory/quality supervision. We first scope the work and issue a separate project quotation. No extra Favello development fee is added without prior approval.

Factory visits or independent inspections can be arranged where available and are charged separately according to location, scope, inspector qualification and travel. Desktop supplier screening is not the same as a physical factory audit. Any limitations in the inspection will be stated.

The ₦95,000 fee covers research into up to three supplier candidates for one defined product. A 70% initial payment is required to start, with the remaining 30% payable before delivery of the complete report. Physical factory inspection attracts an additional quotation.

Our sourcing service fee is 6% of the total factory goods value, subject to a minimum service fee of ₦50,000. Product costs, shipping and third-party expenses are charged separately.

A ₦35,000 initial payment is required before sourcing begins and is credited toward the total sourcing service fee. Once you approve the bulk order, payments are brought to 70% of the agreed service fee. Any outstanding balance is due before shipment.

Samples can be arranged after initial supplier research and before bulk-order approval. Sample and delivery costs are quoted and paid separately before the sample is ordered.

Customers may pay the manufacturer directly or authorize Favello to make payment on their behalf. Payment arrangements are confirmed before an order is placed.

International supplier quotations may be in USD or other currencies. Naira estimates use the exchange rate stated on your quotation and may change before payment. Supported payment options are confirmed for each order.

Cancellation and refund requests are assessed based on the work completed, third-party costs and applicable law. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, an appropriate refund may apply.

Our Supplier Intelligence Report includes the available contact details of up to three researched suppliers. For Managed Sourcing, relevant manufacturer and order information is provided as appropriate to your purchase.

Favello provides an invoice or receipt for services and payments received. Product invoices are issued by the relevant seller or manufacturer according to the purchase arrangement.

Yes. Eligible repeat orders for the same product and unchanged specifications may qualify for a 4% sourcing service fee (minimum service fee: ₦50,000), subject to a current quotation.

Yes. Your initial sourcing payment can be credited toward the Supplier Intelligence Report for the same product. We will confirm any balance before proceeding.
